Vessel Delivery
Our delivery service offers seamless and secure transportation of your vessel from point A to B. With an unwavering commitment to safety and efficiency, you can entrust your valuable asset to our experienced hands. Repair Service
You can count on our seasoned engineers to swiftly address any unforeseen mishaps that may occur during delivery. Our repair service focuses on mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring your vessel is back in operational condition for a confident voyage. Your vessel will be skilfully restored to its operational best and ready to set sail once more. While we excel in fixing breakdowns that may arise, please note that we specialise in essential systems repair and will not undertake extensive tasks like major refits, painting, sanding, fibreglassing, or engine replacement / overhauls or the like.
How it works.
Arrival to your vessel
Our Crew will arrive onsite to your vessel and complete a full safety and pre departure check over the vessel. These checks help the crew to become familiar and ensure your vessel is ready for a sea voyage. Any items that may be lacking will be identified so they can be rectified before departure.
Our crew can be engaged to complete repair work as per the conditions outlined in the RATES section of the website.
Checks as follows and not limited to:
- Machinery pre-start inspections
- Navigation and electrical systems
- Safety and lifesaving equipment
- Critical spare parts are available onboard
- Fuel and oil are onboard and sufficient for the voyage
- Steering, propulsion and sail systems are in good operational condition.
- Internal and external condition photos recorded
- Anchoring equipment operational
- Conduct a pre departure sea trial as required
- Fendering and mooring equipment
During Delivery Voyage
Your vessel will never be subject to any hard-working conditions. We will gently cruise from point A to point B and seek shelter should any adverse weather conditions be encountered. We will closely monitor all machinery systems at frequent intervals and maintain manufacturer operation protocols.
When sailing we will run only the required gear to maintain an acceptable speed and stability state and never fully power up the rig. We will provide live updates via messaging service with progress report and position coordinates.
Arrival At Destination
Prestige Yacht Deliveries will place your vessel in her selected marina berth or on a protected certified mooring. The vessel will be fresh water washed down from top to bottom and all internal areas cleaned and ready for your use. All machinery an electrical systems will be isolated to prevent flooding or power loss. Shore power will be connected as required.
